All CERNO Controllers and CERNO Modules have an LED above their USB-C power port.
Colour Indications
Blue | Initial boot-up in process. |
White | Device is online and operational. |
Red | Major system error has occurred. |
Regular Operations
When powered on, both the CERNO Controller and CERNO Modules start booting with a blue LED.
After about a minute, the blue LEDs turn white, indicating a successful boot.
The CERNO Controller’s LED turns white before the CERNO Module’s.
Wait for all LEDs to turn white before connecting to the device.
Fault Indications
If an LED remains blue for an extended period, there may be a boot-up error.
A consistent red LED indicates a serious error that needs attention from a Ranlytics team member. A brief red flash during boot occurs as a part of normal operation.
